I was originally raised in Nebraska, but left to pursue my education at BYU. Following many life events and living in numerous locations throughout the country I moved to Salt Lake and taught junior high for many years. Five and a half years ago I had the opportunity to move to Rexburg where I am currently teaching in the Home and Family Department at BYU-Idaho. I certainly enjoy working with the students, but the weather is another story.
I am really a self-made woman who is quite independent. I worked very hard to get where I am career wise, but as I get older I know I don't possess the drive I had earlier in my career. I am very giving and caring, but am not always the most decisive woman on the planet.

I'm a sincere, funloving person. A bit of a bubbly goofoff to get thru the day. I am outgoing and have enuff guts to get myself into trouble. Extroverted and a country girl - so sometimes I dont seem conformed into the little box most ppl expect me to fit. I'm actually always backward to what ppl expect me to be doing or feeling and it all turns out good.
ppl say they learn alot from me and my honest opinions. For example - I dont think it does anyone anygoood to be shy, might as well overstep that initial response and get on with things - giggle - so I do, but make silly mistakes and figure thats a way to shake out the real ppl in the world anyway.

I am a happy, fun loving person. I have 4 amazing children that light up my life. I lost my husband to cancer but I am thankful for the time that we spent together. It is the tough times that make you a stronger and better person. I moved to Utah from Arizona in January. I am in school to become a Dental Assistant and will be finishing that soon.
