I come from an ethnic stock of Celtic Anglo-Saxon people of England. Strong willed, resourceful, tenacious, creative, optimistic, curious about everything, fun-loving, loyal, honest, and heart centered...that's my kinship group and it still describes me remarkably well. Please take note: I have a deeply rooted sense of honour towards the European women of my kind, and will not pursue any other. Though I may sound too old fashioned, I was raised with a sense of character and it is more than likely to be hereditary. I am an ENTJ -- A natural leader who likes to build stuff.

I have always been a spirited soul and have been working in the fields of technology and business ownership since a teenager. I am a third generation engineer who loves his mom and enjoys building people up rather than tearing them down. I have been blessed professionally, yet my geeky occupation and busy life with my dog, family, and friends has not led me towards meeting someone special.

Hi there! Thanks for taking a few moments to read my profile. I'm a pretty easy going, down to earth, ambitious, creative, energetic, FUN person. I'm forever smiling, find the good and positive in people and life. I'm a very hard worker and enjoy my career. I volunteer as a dog walker for the local animal shelter and deliver groceries to the elderly/homebound. I feel it's important to always give back. I've been widowed for the past 5 years and have twin daughters. Raising twin teenagers alone should give me some kind of badge of courage. I'm very athletic...I love playing racquetball, enjoy power walks, hiking, biking, etc. I love scrabble and was a former ping pong champion. I make the world's best chocolate chip cookies and won a local chili cookoff. I never leave home without my ipod...love all types of music. I enjoy theatre, live concerts, movies and hanging out with friends. I'm physically, emotionally, mentally and finacially stable. So that's me...thanks for your time and I wish you well.

I am an independent business owner and have run my own business for 34 years. I like to live an active lifestyle and enjoy the outdoors in my spare time, including spending a lot of time at my farm. I like to spend part of my summer's in Canada on fishing and hunting trips (you are welcome to come along). In the winter time I like being by the Ocean in Belize or the Cayman Islands. I am thankful for my close family and the friends I have and good health.

A little about me......well, here we go. I have a good job and work hard at what I do. Outside of work I like being active. My dog (Siberian Husky) has a ton of energy would have it no other way. I like working with my hands (I guess that is the old farm boy coming out in me) and being outdoors. Don't get me wrong though, I still enjoy relaxing to a good TV show (Last Man Standing, Rules of Engagement, etc) or movie (300, The Hangover, etc) as well. I'll even settle in for a chick flick if I am with the right someone ; ) I've always like to grill, but also have done more cooking lately and have a number of good recipes.......in my mind anyway. I haven't had to take myself to the hospital yet so that's good news.

The biggest joy in my life is my daughter, hands down. I've always looked forward to being a father and have enjoyed every minute of it.....well, except for the sleepless nights ; ) Parenting undoubtedly takes up most of my free time, but it is rewarding beyond expectations. I am not looking for someone to be a mother to her, she has that. However, another positive influence would be good if things progressed to that point.
